PARENT PERMISSION FORM
Flaherty Photography does our best to educate future clients on the style of our work by showing an online portfolio, business social media posts and pages, advertisements and promotion and preparation materials. We do respect every customer's privacy, so we will not use any child's photos without express written consent of the parents.
Every parent will have the opportunity to fill out and sign the online permission form that is emailed to everyone that places an order after, or you can view it below and fill it out ahead of time. We NEVER use anyone's name for confidentiality reasons, and if you do not complete this form, we will assume that we do not have your permission to use any of your child's photos.
CAN I SCREENSHOT MY IMAGES IN THE GALLERY?
No. I know it's very tempting, especially when you are excited to share your images from friends and family. It is super important to me as an artist and a business. All of my images are copyrighted, so taking screenshots is not allowed and is a violation of the copyright. By participating in sports picture day, you are agreeing NOT to take screenshots and will refrain from posting to social media until after images are purchased. Thank you for understanding.
HOW MUCH DOES EVERYTHING COST?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Digital images are emailed shortly after checkout automatically and will include a print release. If you don't see it right away, double check your spam/junk folder first. All physical products will be ready to ship to your doorstep within 2 weeks of your purchase. You will receive an email notification when it is shipped along with tracking. BE SURE YOUR EMAIL IS CORRECT WHEN ORDERING. THIS EMAIL WILL BE USED FOR THESE PURPOSES.
DO YOU OFFER ANY RE-TOUCHING SERVICES?
For club sports, we do not offer retouching services.
DO YOU OFFER FAMILY SESSIONS?
