Our pets are our family. They love us unconditionally, so why not honor them with their own session so you can put their photo up on the wall next to everyone else. I offer both in studio and outdoor sessions depending on the comfort level of your pet. If selecting a studio session, I ask that your pet(s) stay on their leash until you enter the studio and when they leave. Some pets may need to stay on a leash in the studio (or outdoors), and that's quite alright. Most times, I edit out the leash for their portraits afterwards.
Studio sessions are done on a solid white or black backdrop to create a clean, simple and timeless portrait. Outdoor sessions are done at various local Des Moines Metro locations. Please inquire when booking your pet's session. It is best to schedule your pet's session 1-2 months out.

MINI PET EVENTS:
For local businesses wanting to offer their clients some amazing pet portraits. This is a wonderful way to get lots of clients to come into your business and it's great advertisement for social media. Sessions can be simple and modern using white or black backgrounds, or they can be a holiday theme to add more fun. I have created these "Mini" session opportunities for your clients so they can receive beautiful, modern portraits, without booking a full session with me. How it works is I will have a consultation with the business owner to determine a date and what you are wanting the event for. Then we determine the best location at your business for me to set up. I bring all my own equipment, I just need access to an outlet or two. I take care of the time spot sign up for your clients, when I have it ready, I will share the sign up link with you so you can post it on social media and/or your website. PET FUNDRAISER:
Raising money for an animal pet welfare organization is super easy with a pet photo fundraiser! These sessions can be simple and modern using white or black backgrounds. A consultation is required to determine a date and what kind of fundraising goals are needed. I will take care of the time spot sign ups and will share the link with you so we can market your fundraiser together. A big portion of a session fee will go directly to your organization, and your clients will be able to purchase beautiful prints and digitals from their online gallery too. EVENT COVERAGE:
Got a fun event coming up and you want to get some coverage photos to share on social media and with customers? Flaherty Photography can come out and photograph your event! Event coverage is $200/hour (minimum of 2 hours) within the DSM Metro. You will receive an online gallery afterwards of all your staff and customers interacting and having fun. You will receive a commercial print release granting you permission to print and share your images on your website, social media platform or anything in between to help promote your business.
