WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO SCHEDULE PICTURE DAY?

Email us via the contact tab and let us know that you want to schedule your club/team. We will get in touch with you to determine how many days might be needed to ensure everyone gets photographed. We want to make your picture day to be easy on you! 

DO FAMILIES HAVE TO ORDER PICTURES?

Purchasing is never required from families. If someone doesn't intend to buy pictures, still have them show up to get photographed so they are included in their team picture. Families will still receive a gallery to view photos taken and they can determine from there how they want to proceed. 

HOW DO FAMILIES ORDER AND VIEW THEIR PHOTOS?

We will gather team, player info, and a few parent details from you ahead of time. Our private and secure online system will notify them of picture day details as well as send notifications when their photos are ready to view. Your club/team will have a private unlinked dedicated page on the website that will have all your info for them listed as well as how to order. 

HOW SECURE ARE OUR PICTURES?

Every team will have their own special code for their picture day and only those with that code will have access to view and order photos. During the process, parents/guardians have the opportunity to fill out the permission form that they can grant Flaherty Photography to use their child's photos on social media or the website. If we don't have written permission, player photos are never used in any fashion.

CAN WE INCLUDE SPONSOR LOGOS?

Absolutely! Sponsors are a big part of any club/team, and they should get recognition. Please let us know ahead of time about that request and we will ask you to send us business logos and what team they belong to, and we can add them to the team photo or any banners you wish to purchase.

DO YOU HAVE ANY FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES?

Yes! I do offer a donation back to your club which is a % of net profits with a signed agreement for your season. This option is not available for single teams doing picture day, only for multiple team clubs/organizations.
