CELEBRATE THEIR 1ST YEAR MILESTONES WITH A PHOTO SESSION!

All of my cake smashes are "simple" and lots of fun.  A simple cake smash means we don't use busy backdrops or tons of props, and they definitely aren't "boring"!

Each session is done on a classic white backdrop that features a fun color coordinated balloon garland with either some flowers, greenery or simply by itself to add a fun pop of color.  This way the focus stays on your baby.

Let's talk CAKE.  A naked or plain cake is recommended, or color coordinate with balloon colors to match. It is highly recommended to stay away from bold icing colors as they will stain both your baby's face and the flooring. Some babies don't like the sweetness, but most absolutely love it. Allergies are not something you want to chance at their photo session.  When letting baby sample cake, be sure to watch for any reactions.

can be picked up by Shanna ahead of your session so it's waiting for you when you show up. No need to juggle hauling baby and a cake inside LOL!

Don't want cake?  No problem!  You can do the cake smash set up without cake and still have a beautiful balloon backdrop.

Alternatives to cake are donuts, fruit, spaghetti, hamburgers, muffins, pancakes, cereal or simply no food.
