Galleries are typically released within 2 weeks after picture day.

When your child's photos are ready, you will receive an email to the address your school has on file for you that is shared with us. It is always possible that our email may land in your spam/junk folder, so be sure to check there as well if you haven't seen anything from us. Please contact us if you did not receive your gallery link when it was released.

We typically schedule a makeup day with picture day to ensure we make it back out for any child that misses. Please check your school information to see what your exact date is. If the makeup day doesn't work, you are welcome to reach out and schedule a time to stop by our studio in Altoona so your child doesn't miss out. 

To respect the privacy of your child and their classmates, class photos are only available as a printed product.

You are able to find each of your child's photo albums under the school's main folder in the gallery and simply add the products you wish to order for each one, then use the one cart for one easy checkout. This way you only pay for shipping one time for your whole order.

Cropping is something we think of when we snap the photo and deliver your proofs. Every photo might be slightly cropped to the print size ordered to ensure its properly centered. If you have a question about cropping, you can reach out and ask - we want to make sure you are happy with your final products.

Please note that if some photos can be closeup of your child. These are done intentionally in an artistic way. If a photo is delivered as a landscape format, it cannot be rotated to a vertical format.

Because every print is unique and considered custom, we are unable to offer refunds. Since all sales are final, please double check your order and shopping cart before placing your order. We appreciate your understanding!

If you forgot to include something in your order, we cannot change your order to add items, but we can help you merge a new order with an existing order as long as it hasn't been sent to be printed. In some cases, we would wave shipping on an additional order and mail both orders together to you. 

Due to the custom nature of the products being orders, we are unable to provide a refund on unintentional orders. Be sure to double check your cart before you place your order. Not sure if your order went through? Reach out and ask - we are happy to look it up for you.

Ordering is completely optional and never required. Your child will still get photographed so they are included in the class photo and yearbook if your school makes one.

Once your order is placed and processed, the average time before it is shipped is 4-6 days. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking link email to the address on file with your school that is shared with us, so you can keep an eye out for your photos! 

Keep in mind, due to the unpredictable nature of shipping, sometimes your photos might arrive 1-2 days after the tracking says “delivered”. If your order still hasn’t arrived after that time, reach out to us - we will be happy to help!

If you filled out the photo permission form, and you changed your mind later, you can reach out to us, and we can update or remove your child's photos right away.
