PARENT FORM
I do my best to educate all future clients on the style of my work by showing an online portfolio, business social media posts and pages, advertisements and promotion and preparation materials. I do respect every customer's privacy, so I will not use any child's photos without express written consent of the parents.
If you would like to take a few second now to fill out the model release form ahead of time, this will allow me time to share any images after picture day.
BEFORE PICTURE DAY
1. Be sure to save the picture date on your calendar.
2. Approximately 1-2 weeks ahead of time, get your kiddo a fresh haircut and start to pick out their outfit.
3. The morning of picture day, make sure your kiddo gets a good breakfast and show up to school on time.
4. The teachers will take care of getting them to the picture area and I will take care of getting them to show those beautiful smiles or smirks.
5. There's nothing due on picture day from the families. Everything is 100% online afterwards.
6. When your gallery is ready, you will come back to this page and can access the link below along with the password that will be emailed from your director.
AFTER PICTURE DAY
1. Locate the email sent to you by your school admin/director. The private password is included in that email given by your admin/director. See gallery link below.
2. Login to the gallery by using your email you want to use for purchasing and receiving all communication about your gallery. Be sure it's one you check often.
3. Navigate to your student's album (they are sorted by classroom, then the child's last name).
If your school opted for password protected albums, the password will be the 4 digits of your child's birthdate (MMDD), no dashes. (ie: 0502 for May 2nd)
For sibling albums, the password will be the first 4 digits of the oldest child's birthdate.
4. Shop till you drop! I offer digitals, print packages, a la carte prints, canvases and many other items like magnets and keychains.
CAN I SCREENSHOT MY IMAGES IN THE GALLERY?
Short answer is no. I know it's very tempting, especially when you are excited to share your images from friends and family. It is super important to me as an artist and a business. All of my images are copyrighted, so taking screenshots is not allowed and is a violation of the copyright. By participating in school picture day, you are agreeing NOT to take screenshots and will refrain from posting to social media until after images are purchased. Thank you for understanding.
HOW DOES THIS BENEFIT THE SCHOOL?
Great question! I believe in giving back to the community by providing items to the school at no additional cost to them. Items like:
• CLASS PHOTO PRINTS FOR TEACHERS AND SCHOOL OFFICE (value of $15 per print)
• ID BADGES FOR STAFF AND TEACHERS (value of $10 each)
• STAFF AND TEACHER DIGITAL IMAGES (value of $30 each)
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PICTURES?
Any orders that contain digitals will receive an email shortly after checkout with a download link and print release. The download link is tied to the gallery, so when the gallery expires, the download like will too. Be sure to download your images as soon as you receive them. All order that contain prints and other print products will be delivered to your school within 2 weeks after the gallery closes for them to be sent home with your student.
